Yet I don’t hate it because it balances the tangy lime notes and the warm, undertone-level spices like cinnamon and cardamom. The drink feels more sophisticated than a frothy grapefruit soda since it has a subtle effervescence and barely any bubbles. Moreover, it has less sweetness than Parch’s Prickly Paloma.
DRY Non-Alcoholic Botanical Sparkling Water
The non-drinker in mind, DRY Non-Alcoholic Botanical Sparkling Water was especially created. The ruby-red beverage shines through an unusual glass bottle with a cone form that resembles an Italian bitter soda. It is unlike any other beverage we have seen.
Betera Ginger
The Ginger-Orange flavour of Betera beverages seems to be the most complex and seductive of the three flavours. It undoubtedly helps that the bright, tangerine-colored beverage sparkles through the transparent glass bottle. Nonetheless, the blend of citric and spicy flavours in this drink drew us in time and time again. It is less vinegary than a turmeric kombucha but otherwise similar. The effervescence of the beverage, the earthiness of the ginger and turmeric, and the citrus punch give it a grounded yet exhilarating flavour. The bottles from Betera have plain, delicate flower labels that showcase the contents and a metal cap that can be ceremoniously removed.
De Soi
The non-alcoholic market was the newest frontier for celebrity endorsements when Katy Perry introduced her De Soi brand of alcohol-free, sparkling aperitifs in early 2022. The company sells three distinct tastes in single-serve 8-ounce cans and sharing 750-milliliter bottles.
