Unfortunately, the couple’s former political science professor husband lost his job. On Sheila’s suggestion, he uses his newfound spare time to run for the California State Assembly.
So many women can identify with Sheila, even if the series is set in the 1980s. Sheila is fighting with her self-perception and disordered eating habits while trying to expand her aerobics business and be a good wife and mother. This New Apple TV+ Show is the best.
Shining Girls
Based on Lauren Beukes’s novel of the same name, the Apple TV+ series picks up with Kirby Mazrachi (Moss). It is enduring the aftereffects of a near-fatal attack on her life.
